Retainer support is based on monthly contracted hours. Invoices are processed monthly, and I simply ask for one month’s notice if you ever decide to pause or shift support.

I intentionally keep my client roster small. Retainer support is high-touch and personalized, so I work with a limited number of partners at a time to protect quality, focus, and results.
